The staircase with the wood planer

This staircase was commissioned for a successful entrepreneur in shop interiors. For the staircase in his house he wanted a reminder of his original profession as a cabinet-maker. Jop created a beautiful classic staircase and placed a sculpture of a wood planer with wood chips on the main baluster.
